2-3 C Brown Rice - cooked & cooled
1 Onion Diced; Garlic; Red/green/yellow peppers; broccoli; mushrooms
Add soy sauce, sesame or avocado oil, peanuts
-Fry in deep pot or wok onion, garlic, veggies--then add rice & soy sauce
-May need addtl. oil. Add peanuts last.
Preheat oven 350.
2 C flour; 1/4 c olive oil; 1/2 c hot water; 1/4 tsp salt; fruit or filling
-Mix ingredients, adding hot water last
-Knead dough well on floured surface with hands til forming a moist ball (add bits of water if needed) -- Roll out dough thin;
-Use extra large jar lid form large circle; roll again as dough contracts til dough is thin
-Drop filling in middle. Fold over and press down around filling; use tip of fork to add ridges; cut 2 slits on top.
-Bake 15 minutes or until brown
